We plan the cleaning interval according to your wishes. Usually cleaned once a week. The general cleaning takes place twice a year. Depending on your wish, the building cleaning and the caretaker service can be used more often.
The calculation is very individual. After a survey, one of our area managers will create an offer for the caretaker service and building cleaning that is tailored to your needs. This offer contains the exact list of various services and the cleaning frequency of your property.
A caretaker is there for all concerns of an object, so are we. Our job is to clean and care for both the interior and exterior of your property. The caretaker service also includes the key service for craftsmen, ongoing damage checks and minor repairs. We also carry out the elevator operation control according to §12 WAZG for you.
