Cleaning after construction or renovation

As soon as you have finished building your new home, we will move in. We remove any materials that arise in a specialist manner. Your property will be handed over ready to move in.

Facade Care

Regular care and cleaning of the exterior facade is important because it is the face of an object. Only gentle and professional cleaning utensils are used. So you can leave the cleaning of your facade to us with a peaceful mind.

Carpet Care

The carpet cleaning process is as follows: deep suction – mechanical shampooing – extraction, this component includes carpet wet cleaning. When dry cleaning your carpet, dry powders are used to get the carpet clean.

Window Care

We ensure a clear view to the outside. All glazing, including the frame and the stick, is cleaned inside and out. If necessary, we will use a cherry picker to clean even the most inaccessible glass surfaces to a sparkling shine.

We plan the cleaning interval according to your wishes. Usually cleaned once a week. The general cleaning takes place twice a year. Depending on your wish, the building cleaning and the caretaker service can be used more often.

The calculation is very individual. After a survey, one of our area managers will create an offer for the caretaker service and building cleaning that is tailored to your needs. This offer contains the exact list of various services and the cleaning frequency of your property.

The caretaker service also includes the key service for craftsmen, ongoing damage checks and minor repairs. We also carry out the elevator operation control according to §12 WAZG for you.
